Kakashi Hatake (MS Paint)

I really hate this picture, but whatever. No, this isn't going to be the one replacing the hand-drawn ones. I am just trying out Microsoft Paint and seeing if I can just use that instead so my work is neater, I might do it and not rush it (yes, this drawing was rushed). Anyway, no inscription and very quick drawing, only help with the hair from an image, everything else is from memory.
The red eye? You find out later why he has the reddish thing, but for now, just know that he is NOT an Uchiha.
